It's worth the trip just to see the amazing collectibles. Displays, both upstairs and downstairs are vast. As a Brit, I have never seen anything like this in Canada. It must have taken years of effort to build these great displays. The Tea room .... well we were greeted by the one server ( who I think also prepared the food), an English lady with a great sense of humour. The food, well it was good. Nice warm scones with Devonshire cream and jam, but very expensive I have to say. We parted with over 40.00 for a couple of scones, tea ,a small sandwich ( Yes they do cut the crusts off!) and a pie. Very nicely prepared overall, but I think overpriced. Having said that, this is offset by the experience of touring the museum with the displays, and there is no charge for that.
